SERVICING We service, repair & carry
out Classes 4-5-7 M.O.T Testing, which can be arranged either by telephone appointment
or can be booked online. Courtesy cars are available for local use when
available, our retail range includes tyres, batteries, exhaust systems, brakes
and a full range of parts for a wide range of vehicles, with parts deliveries
made to our workshops several times a day. We also service & repair
all Air-conditioning systems on all vehicles including system cleaning & disinfection.
Our service schedule covers:
| Pre Engine Checks | - Check
vehicle history.
- Check timing belt replacement interval.
- Check for damage to bodywork, lamps and trims.
- Fit
protective covers.
- Check condition and operation of all
seat belts.
- Check operation of interior and exterior
lights.
- Check operation of ABS and/or air bag warning
lights.
- Check air conditioning system including bad odour.
- Check windscreen washers and wipers.
- Check
horn.
- Check operation of suspension dampers.
- Lubricate
all door hinges, locks and bonnet catches.
- Apply treatments
to remove internal contamination.
- Check fuel cap.

- Check cooling system including fan operation.
- Check and record Anti-Freeze protection.
- Check
and record brake fluid boiling point.
- Check all auxilary
drive belts (not timing belt).
- Check engine breather
system.
- Check vacuum pipes.
- Check
power steering operation and fluid condition.
- Check full
throttle settings and lubricate linkage.
- Check battery
level and lubricate terminals.
- Check and top up all under
bonnet fluid levels.
- Replace air filter.

Replace spark plugs.
- Replace fuel filter.
- Replace
pollen filter.

- Check CV gaiters and
joints for wear or splits.
- Check clutch adjustment and

- Grease all greasing points.

operation and condition of rear brakes (including handbrake).
- Carry
out brake report.
